Shandong Benyue Sets a Strong Start in 2025: Implementing Safety Education and Emphasizing Quality Details to Secure the Future

2025-02-10

To thoroughly implement the safety production directives of the provincial committee and government, and to reinforce the primary responsibility for safety production among production and operation units, Shandong Benyue conducted the “First Lesson on Commencement” activity from February 4th to 5th, 2025. This initiative involved reviewing typical accident cases, analyzing their causes, and organizing comprehensive risk assessments and hazard inspections. The aim was to educate and mobilize all employees to enhance their safety awareness and promptly return to work, thereby laying a solid foundation for the year’s safety production efforts.

The “First Lesson on Commencement”: “Safety First”

Upon resuming operations, the company organized two days of intensive learning sessions and training lectures. To ensure effective training and further improve staff awareness of safety responsibilities, post-training assessments were conducted in categorized and batched formats. General Manager Liu Chuanbin delivered the lecture, using case studies of typical accidents in this industry and other local units to

illustrate the severe losses and legal consequences of non-compliance. This approach enabled employees to fully understand the importance of adhering to regulations and being vigilant.

Subsequently, the company’s safety and environmental protection department led the training sessions, during which all staff participated in the live broadcast of the “2025 Shandong Province Safety Production First Lesson.” Following this, specialized training on fire safety prevention was provided, tailored to the specific scenarios of the company’s production, warehouse, maintenance, and logistics departments.

Lesson Two: “Food Safety”

The Technical Quality Inspection Department organized a detailed study of food safety standards, policies, and quality control regulations. By analyzing various food industry incidents and the company’s current production situation, the session focused on the critical topic of “Why and How to Prioritize Food Safety.” Stricter quality requirements were established for each stage of the product circulation chain, from production and processing to packaging and logistics. The company’s commitment to “Quality First” remains its core business philosophy, continuously adapting to changing customer and market demands to drive quality improvements through meticulous on-site management and rigorous tracking.

Lesson Three: Departmental Reports

The Office and Human Resources Department intensified training on daily management systems, including company culture, management concepts, and employee behavior norms. This aimed to enhance employees’ sense of responsibility and overall perspective, fostering a positive environment for the new year’s work.

Additionally, the production workshop provided specialized training on equipment operation norms, daily maintenance, and care, as well as skills related to the production process, ensuring smooth and orderly production in 2025.

A Passage for Mutual Encouragement

1. Employees who overlook details often lack a serious attitude towards work responsibilities and are prone to carelessness. Conversely, those who think critically, value details, and can identify opportunities from them are more likely to succeed.
2. Enhancing corporate competitiveness hinges on focusing on management details and cultivating a strong internal culture. Only by doing so can enterprises achieve healthier development.
