The three invention patents are “Neotame key intermediate and its preparation method”, “preparation method of phloretin”, “a preparation method of hesperidin, a preparation method of hesperidin intermediate and a biological enzyme for preparing hesperidin”.
The three patents were independently researched and developed by Shandong Bengyue Biotechnology Co., Ltd. and its subsidiary Qingdao Bengyue Biotechnology Co., LTD., involving the company’s leading products such as sweeteners, active raw materials and enzyme preparations.
Qingdao Bianyue as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shandong Bianyue Biological Technology Co., LTD., has 5 professors become corporate partners, R & D team of more than 30 postgraduate students, R & D area of 1000 square meters, focusing on biosynthesis, zebrafish efficacy verification, chemical synthesis and other R & D platform joint development. The main products include zebrafish biological activity evaluation services, enzyme preparations, natural sweeteners (Enzymatically produced steviol glycosides, trilobin, etc.), natural active raw materials (Dihydroquercetin, Alpha- glucosyl hesperidin, etc.) and fermentation drugs and food homology (fermented tangerine, fermented rattan tea, etc.).
